King Suite locates back part of second floor in the property. There are 17 brand new inside hall way wooden stairs to access.

King Suite offers you one bedroom, one bigger living room, one Kitchenette with eating table and one walk in En-Suite shower only bathroom with various furnishings to provide you with an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Find out more about It's features here.

This suite could be staying up to 3 persons. please be advised: The price is only for two persons staying over night, additional person for over night with $25 CAD plus HST per night per person for setting up another single mattress bed on the living room floor.

• 380 sqft inside living area.
• LED TV with over thousands Roku HD TV free and pay per view channels.
• Guest remote control air-condition and heat in the bedroom and living room.
• 110 sqft private balcony with granite top table and two beautiful chairs.
• One bedroom, one living room with air-condition and one kitchenette room with 76" long granite counter top bar.
• One king bed.
• One love seat , one sofa chair and beautiful computer desk.
• En-suite bathroom walk in shower only with 37" granite counter top vanity and automation control humidity smart and quiet bathroom fan.
• Radio and luggage closet.
• Free K-cup café, microwave, toaster, 4.4 cub bar fridge and hot or cold drinking water are available through out 24hrs at living room and kitchenette guest's bar.
• Cutting board, knife, plates, bowls, induction cooking top(no heavy cooking please), forks, dinner knives, teaspoons, soup spoons, induction cooking pan with tools

Optional Breakfast: We are offering our guests who would like to have breakfast in our next door B&B dinning room. The breakfast fees is an $20 CAD in cash per person per day. 

At Ambassador B&B and Inn Next Door, our guests can get an early start to a day before heading out to discover our beautiful region with our breakfast of coffee, tea, juice, and freshly baked goods. They can dig right into a scrumptious breakfast fit for a king.

The guests who do not chose to have breakfast in our B&B dinning room then they could make their own café or tea in the beautiful granite counter top kitchenette with K-cup machine and Kettle.

Suite rate:

In the busy festival season, our room rate is $255 plus HST per suite per night. Staying two or more night is $245 plus HST per room night. In the slow festival season, our room rate is $225 plus HST per room per night, staying two or more nights is $215 plus HST per room per night.

We offer different accommodation discounts from 10% to 45% during fall season, slow season, off season and winter season. Please call or text or email us your booking inquiry form then we will confirm what discount rate will be applying to your staying requirement!

The base price is not including breakfast. You could make breakfast reservation if you would like to have breakfast in our Ambassador B&B dinning room. Please be advised that prepare $15 CAD per person per day in cash for breakfast fees when you are checking out.
