Cancellation

50% of total accommodation payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellation made 21 days

in advance we will refund your deposit.
Cancellation made less than 15 days prior, full $50 per night/per room deposit is non

refundable.
When your deposit amount is given, it will indicate that you have read and agreed to our

policies and your room will be held in good faith

No Smoking

Smoking or the burning of candles or incense is not permitted in guest rooms or the indoor

common areas of the house.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony or veranda only if other guests give their permission,

and only with connecting doors and windows closed.  Be sure that smoke does not

migrate into your room from those areas.

Pets

Our cat, Chip resides in our personal section of the house.  Although he is not

allowed in guest areas, he does not allow other pets.

Check-in 3:00 PM (earlier luggage and vehicle drop-off can be arranged)
